- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The worse service. The personnel is rude, especially the ladies who answered my phone call tonight, Sunday 8/6/17 at 8:45pm. I called to ask for an officer to come to the subdivision I live, because there were kids with dogs making them to fight, behind my residence. These kids have stolen property from my house and I have made two reports and the police never did anything about it. The just don't care. What a waste of funds and resources. I don't feel safe where I live, and the ones who are supposed to protect the citizens of Richland county, don't do anything about it. SHAME.By Erika Rios, June 30, 2017
